You hear it when it first starts, but after a minute or two you no longer hear it, even though it continues to run. The object with this mode is to forget that the CD is playing, don't "listen", just let it blend into the background and move on with what you are doing. 3. Mode Three - sleep mode. The optimum method hear is to play track-one and then track-two as you go to sleep. Then, just have track-two play all night long. You can have track-one play all night long, but it works best if you only listen to track-one once, and then have track-two repeat over and over at night as you sleep. We sleep in stages; sometimes very deep and sometimes just barley asleep. It is these changing states that make this a good method. You conscious mind is really at rest and as you change sleep states, you open and close access to the subconscious mind.

Can I use headphones? Yes. It is purely optional. You can use or not use headphones. Remember that our programs are recorded in two channel mono, so as long as at least one ear can receive the program, you are getting full benefit. You may want to use headphones if others are present as you may not want them to be influenced by the subliminal program.

Why don't you offer your programs on cassette tape? Our subliminal programming is done with state-of-the-art digital recording computers and software. We feel that there is nothing wrong with the use of tape, however, since we program at the threshold of the sound mask, precision is very important. What about programming for children? Our programs should not be used by young children. How long does it take and how do I know it is working? Results and time to achieve results vary, depending upon the individuals’ current state, expectations and degree of problem that needs work. As a general rule of thumb, results should begin to take place in two to three weeks.
